Description
IRIS Technology Solutions' Visum Raman In-Line™ is an industrial spectrometer built for continuous process monitoring. It directly measures chemical composition within production lines or closed systems, offering molecular selectivity. The unit integrates the computer, laser, spectrometer, and software into a single industrial-grade module. It features a spectral range of 150 to 3000 cm⁻¹ and a laser light source with a rated lifetime of approximately 28,000 hours. Designed for ambient temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and process temperatures up to 250 °C, it is compatible with immersion probes and industrial environments. While primarily an in-line analyzer, it can also be configured for at-line use on a mobile rack or as a stationary analysis station for sample testing.
