Description

The ERAFLASH S10 is an automated flash point testing system built for laboratories requiring high sample throughput. It combines a flash point analyzer with a 10-position autosampler, facilitating the sequential, unattended analysis of multiple samples. Utilizing a continuously closed cup method that requires 1 to 2 mL of sample, the system offers an extensive operational temperature span from -25°C to 420°C. It is pre-programmed with test methods for ASTM D6450 and ASTM D7094 and includes correlation functions for numerous international standards such as ASTM D93 (Pensky-Martens), ASTM D56 (Tag), EN ISO 3679, EN ISO 3680, and IP 620. Technologies like Peltier Boost Technology (PBT) are implemented to reduce test cycle times, while a Contamination Prevention Technology helps preserve sample purity.
