ERAFLASH LT Flash Point Tester

Description

The ERAFLASH LT is a flash point analyzer designed for testing at ambient and low temperatures. It employs a modified continuously closed cup technique, needing only 1 to 2 milliliters of sample. An integrated cooling mechanism allows the instrument to measure flash points down to 35 degrees Celsius below the surrounding laboratory temperature without requiring external cooling devices. When paired with an optional external cooling unit, the tester can operate at oven temperatures as low as -40 degrees Celsius, with an upper limit of 120 degrees Celsius. This low-temperature functionality supports compliance with the ASTM D7094 standard. The method enhances safety by avoiding open flames or glowing ignition sources. The analyzer conforms to test standards ASTM D6450 and ASTM D7094, and its results are correlated to established methods including ASTM D56, D93, D3828, EN 2719, EN 3679, and EN 3680. This compact, standalone unit functions on a broad AC voltage input range from 85 to 264 volts.
