Description

The Zetium Ultimate Edition represents the top configuration in the Zetium XRF spectrometer family, integrating both wavelength and energy dispersive (WD/ED) cores. It is designed for demanding applications, from research and development to high-throughput production environments. The system offers broad elemental coverage from boron to americium and incorporates technologies such as a thin-window, high-power X-ray tube, curved crystals, and specialized detectors to enhance sensitivity and throughput. It includes the Omnian standardless analysis module for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of unknown materials. The combined WD/ED approach can reduce analysis times, identify unexpected elements, and archive full spectra. An optional small-spot analysis and mapping feature using the ED core allows for efficient data collection. The instrument is compatible with the Smart Manager cloud platform for remote instrument management.
