Description

The Zetium Petro Edition is an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer configured for the petroleum and petrochemical industries. It performs wavelength dispersive XRF (WDXRF) analysis on samples such as crude oils, fuels, and petrochemical products. The system is designed to deliver results compliant with international test methods and includes factory pre-calibration options. A distinctive feature is the optional ED core, which adds energy dispersive XRF (EDXRF) capabilities. This combination allows a single instrument to satisfy both WDXRF and EDXRF test methods. The ED core also facilitates the detection of unexpected elements through simultaneous spectrum acquisition during production sample analysis.
