Zetium Metals Edition

Description

The Zetium Metals Edition is a wavelength and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WD/ED-XRF) spectrometer designed for elemental analysis in metals and alloys. It accommodates solid samples, pressed powders, and fused beads. Its analytical capabilities are supported by a no-drift SST R-mAX X-ray tube and detector options including a Hi-Per Scint Detector and a Duplex Detector. This edition is configured for applications ranging from raw material inspection to final product verification. It includes a selection of three alloy application packages or the certification of twenty user samples as standards. An optional configuration enables fast small-spot mapping for detailed spatial analysis. The instrument can be integrated with the Smart Manager cloud platform, which monitors instrument utilization and operational status remotely.
