Zetium Cement Edition

Description

The Zetium Cement Edition is a wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer specifically configured for the analysis of cement and related raw materials. It is designed as a multipurpose tool for quality control at all stages of cement production, from raw materials to the final product. The spectrometer can analyze solid samples, pressed powders, and fused beads. A defining feature of this edition is the integrated THETA quantification system for the direct measurement of free lime (CaO). This technology analyzes a significantly larger sample volume compared to traditional diffraction-based methods, aiming to provide more representative and accurate results for this critical parameter. The instrument is built around a high-power 3.0 kW SST R Ag X-ray tube. As part of the Smart Zetium platform, the system can be connected to the manufacturer's cloud-based Smart Manager. This connection allows for remote monitoring of instrument utilization, performance, and operational health, facilitating preventative maintenance and optimizing uptime.
