Zetasizer Advance Ultra / Pro / Lab Particle Size Analyzer

Description

The Zetasizer Advance series from Malvern Panalytical is a family of instruments for measuring particle size, zeta potential, and molecular weight. Three primary models are available: Lab, Pro, and Ultra. The Lab model utilizes classical 90-degree dynamic light scattering (DLS). The Pro model incorporates Non-Invasive Back Scatter (NIBS) optics for enhanced sensitivity. The Ultra model offers the most advanced capabilities, including NIBS, multi-angle dynamic light scattering (MADLS) for improved size resolution, and measurements at 13 and 90 degrees. All models can perform zeta potential analysis using the Mixed-Mode Measurement phase analysis light scattering (M3-PALS) technique and feature an avalanche photodiode detector. The series measures particles from 0.3 nanometers to 10 micrometers. Furthermore, each model is offered in two variants: a Blue Label configuration optimized for routine samples like colloids and pigments, and a Red Label version designed for more challenging materials such as proteins and surfactant solutions.
