XtaLAB Synergy-DW Versatile Dual Wavelength XRD with HPC X-ray Detector

Description

This single-crystal X-ray diffractometer integrates two distinct X-ray wavelengths within one instrument. The XtaLAB Synergy-DW is built around a MicroMax-007 HF microfocus rotating anode generator equipped with a dual-material target, providing both copper and molybdenum radiation. An auto-switching optic allows users to select the desired wavelength. The system is reported to deliver up to twelve times the flux of a standard sealed tube source. It employs a kappa goniometer and is compatible with various Hybrid Photon Counting (HPC) detectors, such as the HyPix-6000HE, PILATUS, or EIGER models. Operation is managed through the CrysAlisPro software, which supports both powder and single-crystal diffraction modes. The design aims to reduce maintenance by consolidating two wavelengths into a single generator, offering a versatile platform for laboratories investigating diverse sample types without requiring separate instruments or additional software packages.
