Description

As a single-plate analyzer, the xCELLigence RTCA SP Instrument provides foundational capabilities for real-time cell analysis using impedance-based technology. It accommodates one 96-well E-Plate, making it suitable for lower-throughput experiments and assay development. The system continuously monitors cellular processes like proliferation, cytotoxicity, apoptosis, and barrier function without the use of labels, generating kinetic data over extended periods. The compact sensor module operates inside a cell culture incubator, connected to an external control unit. Data collection and analysis are managed through companion software. With external dimensions of 23 cm in width, 28 cm in depth, and 12 cm in height, it is a space-efficient option for core cellular research.
