xCELLigence RTCA HT Instrument

Description

Engineered for high-throughput screening, the xCELLigence RTCA HT Instrument utilizes non-invasive impedance monitoring to track cellular parameters in real time. It is compatible with a 384-well electronic microplate format, and multiple units can be integrated and controlled from a single station to achieve a total capacity of 1,536 wells. This setup supports continuous, kinetic data collection over timeframes ranging from seconds to multiple days, applicable to assays measuring viability, proliferation, cytotoxicity, immune cell activation, and viral effects. The compact unit, measuring 16.5 cm wide by 24.0 cm deep by 13.5 cm high, can function as a standalone benchtop device or be incorporated into automated workflows. This instrument is reserved for research applications and is not intended for diagnostic use.
