Integrating two analytical modalities, the xCELLigence RTCA eSight provides a dual-mode platform for live-cell analysis. It concurrently performs label-free, impedance-based measurements of cellular status and real-time imaging in three optical channels (red, green, and blue). This combination allows researchers to correlate quantitative data on cell health, such as proliferation or cytotoxicity, with visual observations of morphology and behavior. The system is applicable to a broad range of studies, including immuno-oncology, cell therapy development, viral cytopathic effect monitoring, apoptosis, and immune cell activation.
