X500R QTOF system
Manufacturer: SCIEX
SKU: X500R QTOF
Description
Designed for routine biotherapeutic analysis, the SCIEX X500R QTOF system is a compact, benchtop quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer. It facilitates intact mass determination, subunit evaluation, and peptide mapping workflows. The instrument features a time-of-flight mass range up to 40 kDa and can select precursor ions within a 5 to 2250 m/z range. It operates at a scanning speed of up to 25 Hz, acquiring 25 MS/MS spectra per second. System resolution meets or exceeds 42,000 FWHM, a specification measured using the charge isotope cluster of bovine insulin. The platform is controlled by SCIEX OS software, which streamlines data processing and analysis for consistent results in standard characterization assays.
