Description
The X-Supreme8000 is a highly flexible and powerful energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometer for quality assurance and process control. It can analyze solids, liquids, powders, pastes, and films, covering elements Na (11) to U (92) from ppm to high percentage levels. Features an integrated 10-position sample changer, built-in keyboard, automatic sample spinner for repeatable results, and a robust design with air-cooling system to prevent dust ingress and a sealed membrane keypad resistant to dust, oils, and solvents.
