TopAir Systems Inc. manufactures a series of Vertical Laminar Clean Benches, identified by model codes HC-V90, HC-V120, HC-V150, and HC-V181. These workstations provide a ISO Class 5 (Class 100) or ISO Class 4 (Class 10) clean environment for processes requiring protection from particulate contamination. The design utilizes a vertical unidirectional airflow, where room air is drawn in, passed through a HEPA filter at the top of the unit, and directed downward over the work area. The external cabinet dimensions range from 980 mm to 1880 mm in width, with a consistent depth of 750 mm and height of 1100 mm. The interior work area correspondingly ranges from 900 mm to 1800 mm wide, 660 mm deep, and 660 mm high. Construction features include a robust epoxy-coated metal frame, a 304 stainless steel work surface, and tempered glass side windows. Operational controls are digital, managing fan speed and lighting, with an indicator for airflow status. The units incorporate a high-quality fan from EBM Germany, resulting in a noise level below 58 dBA, and include fluorescent lighting and a universal electrical outlet.
