Description

The Vanquish Analytical Purification System is an integrated liquid chromatography platform configured for the isolation and collection of purified compounds. It combines the separation capabilities of a high-pressure HPLC or UHPLC system with a dedicated fraction collector. The system can be configured to operate at pressures up to 1500 bar (22,000 psi) and supports flow rates up to 5 mL/min. Detection is typically handled by a diode array detector (DAD). The core function is high-resolution fractionation, where separated analytes are precisely collected into distinct vials or well plates based on their elution profile. This makes the system suitable for applications in analytical purification, where the goal is to obtain pure samples for subsequent characterization or use in downstream processes.
