Vanquish™ High-throughput LC Systems

Description

The Vanquish High-throughput LC Systems are a family of UHPLC instruments engineered to significantly increase analytical sample throughput. These systems are capable of operating at very high pressures, up to 1500 bar (22,000 psi), and support flow rates up to 5 mL/min. The product family includes specialized configurations such as Tandem LC systems, which are designed for LC-MS applications. This setup aims to improve mass spectrometer utilization by using alternating columns to effectively eliminate washing and equilibration steps from the method cycle time. Another configuration, the Duo UHPLC system, incorporates two completely independent liquid chromatography flow paths within a single chassis, enabling either a doubling of throughput for a single method or the simultaneous execution of two different analyses. These systems typically include a Diode Array Detector (DAD) and are designed to deliver the performance and robustness of the Vanquish platform while optimizing laboratory productivity and conserving bench space.
