VACUUBRAND® BVC Basic Fluid Aspiration System

Description

The VACUUBRAND BVC Basic Fluid Aspiration System, offered by BRANDTECH Scientific, is an unpowered unit for fluid removal applications, particularly in cell culture laboratories. It is designed to connect to an existing external vacuum source, such as a central vacuum line, a VACUU·LAN network, or a standalone pump. A mechanical regulator maintains an optimal vacuum level within the collection bottle for consistent aspiration performance. Standard equipment includes a VacuuHandControl VHCpro for operation. The system incorporates a 0.2 µm hydrophobic filter to help contain aerosols and protect the vacuum source. Users can select between a 2-liter glass collection bottle, suitable for aggressive disinfectants, or a durable 4-liter polypropylene bottle. An optional second hand controller can be added for dual-user convenience. All wetted components are chemically resistant, and the portable design facilitates movement within the lab.
