Description

The VACUSAFE is a compact, integrated aspiration system designed for safe and efficient liquid waste removal in the lab. It combines a vacuum pump, a shatterproof collection bottle, and tubing into a single unit. The system features a collection bottle with a capacity of up to 4 liters. Key safety elements include hydrophobic filters to protect the pump and user from biohazardous aerosols and a liquid level sensor to prevent overflow. The vacuum level is adjustable, providing control for delicate tasks like aspirating supernatant from cell cultures or for faster removal from larger volumes. The unit operates on a standard input voltage of 100–240VAC at 50/60 Hz. Its overall dimensions, including the bottle and tubes, are approximately 180 mm wide, 320 mm deep, and 530 mm high. It is designed to be used with the VACUBOY hand operator for precise liquid handling.
