V-L Soldering Tube Furnace

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: V-L

Description

The V-L Soldering Tube Furnace from Verder Scientific is a vertically oriented system designed for controlled atmosphere processing. It features automated mechanisms for loading and unloading samples, as well as for raising and lowering the furnace hearth over an integrated quartz process tube. Heating is achieved using CrFeAl wire elements within a ceramic fibre insulated chamber. The maximum operational temperature reaches 1050 °C, a limit set by the quartz tube, particularly under vacuum conditions. The system supports multiple atmospheric modes, including oxidizing (air), various inert gases (nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, CO2), and vacuum operation, with the capability to achieve high vacuum levels of 5 x 10^-6 mbar or better.
