UV Meter / UV Tester PCE-UVA 36ES
Manufacturer: PCE Americas Inc.
SKU: PCE-UVA 36ES
Description
This UV-A radiation meter is a compact device paired with an external sensor for detecting ultraviolet light in the 300 to 390 nm spectrum, with a peak sensitivity at 365 nm. It measures irradiance intensities from 0 to 19,999 µW/cm², offering a resolution of 1 µW/cm² and a stated accuracy of ±4% of full scale. The external sensor, connected via a one-meter cable, facilitates flexible placement for measurements. The main unit features a 1.4-inch LED display, a hold function to freeze readings, and an automatic power-off function that activates after four minutes of inactivity. Operation is powered by two standard AA batteries. Its design and specifications make it applicable for tasks such as monitoring UV curing processes, conducting occupational safety assessments, and performing checks in medical or laboratory settings.
