Description

The UV-2700i Plus from Shimadzu is a double-monochromator UV-Vis spectrophotometer engineered for high-accuracy measurements requiring minimal stray light. It operates from 185 to 900 nm and achieves an ultra-low stray light specification of 0.00002%. This design allows for the measurement of high absorbance samples, with a capability up to 8 Abs. The system provides variable spectral bandwidth settings from 0.1 to 5 nm and a scanning speed range from 0.5 to 4000 nm/min. It utilizes a proprietary diffraction grating and shares the compact 450 mm width of other models in the series. Standard features include validation software and the Analytical Intelligence suite for automated operational checks and power management. The included LabSolutions UV-Vis software supports a comprehensive set of measurement modes.
