Description

The UP.SIGHT™ from CYTENA is an integrated instrument that combines single-cell dispensing with imaging capabilities. It is designed for applications that require the isolation and analysis of individual cells, such as cell line development, monoclonal antibody discovery, and research in cell therapy, stem cells, and gene therapy. The system automates the process of depositing a single cell into each well of a microplate, which is a fundamental step in establishing clonal populations. Following dispensing, an integrated imager captures visual data of the wells.
