Ultra Centrifugal Mill ZM 300

Manufacturer: Verder Scientific

SKU: ZM 300

Description

Verder Scientific's ZM 300 is an ultra centrifugal mill engineered for the fast and efficient size reduction of a variety of sample types. This model utilizes impact and shearing forces to process soft, medium-hard, brittle, or fibrous materials. It features a compact footprint, with dimensions of 410 mm in width, 365 mm in depth, and 515 mm in height. The mill is equipped with a touch-screen display for parameter configuration and can reach operational speeds up to 23,000 rpm. For process monitoring, it provides temperature and load indication. Like other models in the series, it employs a system of interchangeable ring sieves with apertures from 0.08 mm to 10 mm to determine final fineness. A notable feature is the patented cassette system, which includes a special 600 ml option, designed for easy cleaning and optimal sample recovery. The housing offers automatic cover closure and protection against particulate ingress. The instrument's versatility is supported by a range of accessories, including different rotors and feeding systems, making it applicable in industries such as food and feed production, chemicals, and agricultural testing.
