Description

The RephiLe Bioscience U24/45 NuZar Water System is an integrated purification unit capable of generating both ultrapure water and either reverse osmosis (RO) or deionized (DI) water directly from a standard tap water supply. Engineered for laboratory environments, this system provides water suitable for demanding applications such as HPLC mobile phase preparation, sample dilution for analytical techniques like GC and ICP-MS, buffer formulation for cell culture, and molecular biology reagent preparation. The ultrapure water output meets a resistivity specification of 18.2 MΩ·cm at 25°C, with a total organic carbon (TOC) level below 5 ppb when feed water TOC is under 50 ppb. System configurations offer flexibility, with maximum RO water production rates up to 45 liters per hour and options for integrated or external storage tanks. Operational efficiency is emphasized through features like a high-recovery RO membrane, automated cleaning cycles for membrane maintenance, and an RFID system to track consumable cartridge usage. The compact design, with dimensions of 491 x 422 x 624 mm for units with an integrated tank, allows for bench, under-bench, or wall mounting. Additional components include a mercury-free UVC LED lamp for tank sanitization.
