The RephiLe Bioscience U24/45 Direct Pure system is a comprehensive water purification unit designed to deliver two distinct grades of purified water directly from a standard tap water feed. It is capable of generating ultrapure water alongside either reverse osmosis (RO) purified water or deionized (DI) water, providing flexibility for diverse laboratory applications. Engineered for consistent performance, the system features a high recovery rate and maintains stable RO membrane permeability across varying inlet water temperatures. Its flow path is optimized to ensure water purity and to maximize the utilization efficiency of purification resins. Automated functions, including hourly recirculation of the ultrapure water loop and self-maintenance cycles for the RO membrane, support reliable water quality and extended component life. Production capacity for RO water reaches up to 45 liters per hour. Operation is centered on a 2.4-inch touchscreen interface, which offers real-time monitoring, volumetric dispensing, and system alerts in eight selectable languages. The design emphasizes user convenience with tool-free, plug-and-play installation, a magnetic front panel for swift consumable changes, and configurable tank options. Integrated safety and monitoring features include leak detection with automatic shutdown and predictive tracking of consumable life. The system incorporates sustainable design principles, utilizing a mercury-free 265 nm UV lamp for sterilization and energy-efficient manufacturing processes. Operational costs are managed through efficient cartridge use and automated RO membrane cleaning.
