Description

The Tube Auditor, manufactured by Azenta Life Sciences, is an instrument designed for the non-invasive measurement of liquid sample volumes within sealed microtubes. It functions by performing quick quality assurance checks, suitable for both incoming and outgoing sample verification. The device can detect the presence of precipitates, providing data relevant to assessing sample quality. A key operational feature is its compatibility with standard SBS-format racks, handling either 48-tube or 96-tube configurations. It measures sample volume with an accuracy better than ±10 µL and includes capabilities for cap detection.
