Description

The TSR 3 is a rotating split tube furnace equipped with three independently controlled heating zones. This multi-zone configuration allows for the establishment of precise temperature gradients along the length of the processing tube. The furnace is designed for the thermal processing of large volumes of free-flowing materials, with rotation ensuring consistent heat exposure and mixing. It features a split-tube construction for straightforward sample handling. Capable of operating at temperatures up to 1150°C, it is built with durable heating components and high-grade insulation. The furnace can be tilted up to 6 degrees to aid material transport. It supports operation in multiple atmospheres, including oxidizing (air) and inert environments using nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or carbon dioxide.
