Description

The TSO 3 is a horizontally oriented rotary reactor tube furnace designed for thermal processing applications. It features three independently heated zones, allowing for precise temperature profiling along the length of the reaction tube. Constructed with high-quality heating elements and advanced thermal insulation, the furnace is capable of reaching a maximum operating temperature of 1100°C. It supports operation under various atmospheric conditions, including oxidizing (air) and inert environments using gases such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, and carbon dioxide. The unit includes a built-in digital temperature indicator for Type N thermocouples, along with an audible alarm and temperature alarm relay connections for safety and process control. Its flexible design allows it to be configured with the furnace body placed on the control box, as a detachable unit, or with the furnace and control box entirely separate, accommodating different laboratory setups.
