TS3 3 Zone Split Tube Furnace

Description

Verder Scientific's TS3 model is a three-zone split tube furnace offering independent temperature control across its heated length. Similar to the single-zone version, it comprises two hinged halves with dampening struts for straightforward access to the process tube, which can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The three separate heating zones enable the creation of precise temperature gradients along the tube, which is valuable for applications like chemical vapor deposition, annealing, or sintering. It reaches a maximum temperature of 1200°C and is compatible with multiple atmospheres: oxidizing (air), inert (nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, CO2), and vacuum. The furnace is designed for efficient operation with rapid heating capability. Compatible tube capacities are 37.7, 18.8, 14.7, 12.3, 9.8, 7.4, 1.7, and 1.3 liters.
