Triple position MICROVAP®

Description

The Triple Position MICROVAP from Organomation is a nitrogen evaporation system engineered for the simultaneous concentration of samples in three 96-well microplates. It is designed for high-throughput applications in fields such as environmental analysis, pesticide testing, lipidomics, metabolomics, cannabis testing, food and beverage, forensic toxicology, and pharmaceuticals. The system utilizes solid aluminum heating blocks to deliver consistent temperature across all plate positions, promoting uniform evaporation rates. A nitrogen blowdown function is facilitated by distribution manifolds equipped with stainless steel needles to ensure even gas dispersion over each well. A spring-assisted hoist allows the user to raise and lower all three manifolds together. Operational controls include individual toggle switches on each manifold to independently enable or disable gas flow to specific plates, and the digital heater controller permits selective heating of one, two, or all three plate positions. The unit has dimensions of 24 x 9.5 x 14.5 inches (WxDxH) and a total nitrogen flow capacity of 96 liters per minute. Variants constructed with acid-resistant and Teflon-free materials are offered for specialized analyses like PFAS testing.
