Description

The TQ-Prep Workstation from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is an automated system designed for preparing whole blood samples for flow cytometry analysis. It utilizes a no-wash protocol to streamline workflow, processing up to 32 samples in approximately 24 minutes using a standard tube carousel. This walk-away automation enhances consistency and reproducibility across samples and laboratories. The system integrates with the IMMUNOPREP Reagent System and is compatible with reagents like CYTO-STAT tetraCHROME antibodies. Key operational features include onboard incubation and lysis cycles, a vortex mixing system for homogeneous cell lysis, and a syringe pump for precise reagent dispensing.
