Description

ToxFinder software is an application for processing mass spectrometry data in forensic and clinical toxicology laboratories. It is designed to perform screening and semi-quantitative analysis using data from either triple quadrupole or high-resolution accurate-mass instruments. The interface employs experiment-specific workflows that simplify operation by presenting only the relevant controls and parameters for the selected analysis type. This approach aims to reduce complexity for the operator while maintaining analytical accuracy. The software includes tools for data review and a report designer that allows for customizable, what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) output generation.
