Description

The Thermo Scientific Orion PerpHecT ROSS Combination pH Micro Electrode is a specialized sensor designed for measuring pH in small-volume samples or containers with limited access. Its defining feature is a combination design that integrates both a pH sensing element and a ROSS reference system into a single, slender body with a micro-sized tip. The ROSS (Relative Oxidant Stable System) reference uses a unique reference electrolyte and junction designed to offer stable performance, reduced contamination, and a longer lifetime compared to some conventional Ag/AgCl references, particularly in challenging samples. The micro tip allows for measurements in volumes as low as a few microliters, such as in microplates, PCR tubes, or small beakers.
