The Thermo Scientific Gallery Plus Beermaster Discrete Analyzer is a dedicated instrument for automating analytical procedures in the brewing and beverage industry. It is engineered to handle the specific testing requirements for beer, cider, malt, and wort, replacing manual methods that are often slow and labor-intensive. Utilizing discrete cell technology, the system can perform simultaneous determinations of multiple analytes, such as beta-glucan, free amino nitrogen (FAN), and sulfur dioxide (SO2), from a single sample aliquot. This capability enhances laboratory throughput and expands analytical scope. A distinctive feature is the integrated Bitterness Column Module (BCM), which provides automated pretreatment and measurement for bitterness analysis. The analyzer is configured with separate sample and reagent disks, accommodating up to 180 samples and 42 reagents. It offers a photometric testing throughput of up to 350 tests per hour, with the BCM enabling approximately 8 bitterness tests per hour. The instrument's dimensions are 94 cm wide by 70 cm deep by 62 cm high with the cover closed, extending to 130 cm high when open.
