Description

The TF3 is a three-zone tube furnace designed for versatile thermal processing applications. It features independent heating zones, allowing for precise temperature profiles and gradients along the length of the work tube. Constructed with robust heating elements and effective thermal insulation, the furnace is engineered for reliable operation. It supports a wide range of tube capacities, with options including 1.27, 1.7, 3.5, 4.7, 7.4, 9.8, 12.3, and 14.7 units. The unit can achieve maximum temperatures of 1200°C or 1600°C, depending on the configuration. It is compatible with various atmospheric conditions, including oxidising environments like air, inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, and CO2, as well as vacuum operations. The furnace can be mounted in multiple orientations to suit different laboratory setups.
