Supermini200 High-Power Benchtop Sequential WDXRF Spectrometer
Manufacturer: Rigaku Corporation
SKU: Supermini200
Description
The Supermini200 from Rigaku Corporation is a benchtop sequential wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer for elemental analysis. It is capable of quantifying elements from oxygen (O) to uranium (U) in solid, liquid, powder, alloy, and thin-film samples. The instrument uses a 200-watt, palladium-anode X-ray tube operating at 50 kV. Detection is handled by a scintillation counter and a flow proportional counter (F-PC), with an optional sealed proportional counter (S-PC) available that does not require P10 gas. It can accommodate samples up to 51.5 mm in diameter and includes a standard 10-position automatic sample changer. The system operates under vacuum or helium atmosphere and is designed to provide high-resolution analysis with low detection limits in a compact form factor.
