Description

Merck's Stericup E-GP series includes this eco-friendly vacuum-driven filter unit with a 1000 mL capacity. It is configured with a 45 mm threaded collar, providing compatibility with different types of receiving vessels or bottle openings compared to the 38 mm variant. The filtration is performed by a 0.2 µm pore size, Express Plus polyethersulfone (PES) membrane engineered for rapid flow rates. It is intended for the sterile filtration of cell culture media, buffers, and similar aqueous solutions. The unit arrives pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation and is packaged as part of a case containing 12 individual filters.
