StatStrip Lactate and Hemoglobin/Hematocrit Analyzer

Description

The StatStrip Lactate and Hemoglobin/Hematocrit Analyzer is a point-of-care system that consolidates three tests into a single portable meter. It provides direct, measured results for hemoglobin and hematocrit—rather than calculated values—alongside lactate testing. The lactate test uses a pre-calibrated biosensor, requires a 0.6 µL whole blood sample, and delivers results in about 13 seconds. The separate hemoglobin/hematocrit test uses a 1.6 µL capillary sample with a 40-second analysis time. The system is designed for ease of use by clinical staff, similar to standard bedside glucose testing, and supports clinical decision-making by enabling rapid anemia screening and lactate monitoring. Data storage capacity includes 1000 patient results, 200 QC tests, and information for 3000 patients and 8000 operators. Test strips are supplied in vials of 25.
