This analyzer is a variant of the Stat Profile Prime ES Comprehensive, distinguished by its inclusion of a sample tray and an expanded test menu. The Stat Profile Prime ES Comprehensive Plus w/Tray performs measurements for a complete electrolyte profile (sodium, potassium, chloride, ionized calcium, ionized magnesium) and additionally reports pH and hematocrit values. Like the standard model, it uses a unified, replaceable sensor card and requires a 50 to 100 µL sample, with results generated in approximately one minute. It accepts whole blood, serum, and plasma samples. The integrated tray facilitates sample handling, and the system retains the option for an auto-sampler attachment to process batches of ten samples unattended.
