Adapted from a clinical blood analyzer platform, the Stat Profile Prime Cell Culture Analyzer is configured for life science research applications involving cell culture media analysis. This chemical analyzer measures key parameters including pH, partial pressures of carbon dioxide and oxygen (PCO2, PO2), and concentrations of ions and metabolites such as sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, glucose, and lactate. It employs a proprietary MicroSensor Card technology that integrates all sensors into a single, replaceable unit. The compact instrument, measuring 12 by 14.4 by 15.4 inches, requires a 50 to 100 µL sample and delivers results in about one minute. Its design emphasizes simplified operation with minimal required maintenance.
