Description
The SmartChem 200 is a discrete analyzer capable of performing up to 200 tests per hour. It utilizes a multi-wavelength, double-beam photometer with a halogen lamp source for direct photometry, and electrochemical detection is an available option. The system can hold up to 126 sample, control, and calibrator positions across five separate racks, along with 16 different reagents. Its optical system supports a range of wavelengths from 340 to 880 nm. Designed for automating manual wet chemistry procedures, it finds application in water, soil, food, and industrial analysis. Optional features include a reagent cooler, a regenerative cadmium reduction module for nitrate analysis, and a barcode reader. The instrument consumes approximately 300 watts of power.
