Smart Vortenizer™

Description

The Smart Vortenizer™ from MP Biomedicals is a digital vortex mixer designed for sample processing tasks including stirring, homogenizing, solubilizing, and pellet resuspension. It generates a true circular orbital motion to ensure even mixing across its entire speed spectrum, which is adjustable from 200 to 3,000 rpm. Users can program agitation durations from 0 to 10 minutes via a large touchscreen interface, with settings available in minute or second increments. The device can hold and process up to 19 tubes simultaneously. Operational feedback is provided through a real-time, color-coded LED indicator. Features include a hands-free auto-start function and a countdown timer. Its enclosure, measuring 270 mm wide by 163 mm deep by 132 mm high, is built for durability and includes non-slip feet for stability on lab benches, in fume hoods, or under sterile workstations.
