Single Plate MICROVAP® nitrogen evaporator

Description

Organomation's Single Plate MICROVAP is a benchtop nitrogen evaporator engineered for concentrating samples in a 96-well microplate format. Its compact design minimizes the required bench or fume hood space. The system employs a combination of controlled dry-block heating, with a temperature range from 40°C to 130°C, and a directed flow of nitrogen gas to gently and efficiently remove solvents. A gas delivery manifold equipped with stainless steel needles ensures consistent, even gas distribution across all 96 wells. The unit accommodates both standard and deep-well plates. The heater base is shared with other models in the MICROVAP line, allowing for potential conversion to handle different sample formats. Operational parameters are managed via a digital temperature controller and a gas flow meter. Variants of the system are available, including unheated models and configurations designed for specialized analyses such as PFAS testing.
