Description
The SCION 8500GC is a high-capacity gas chromatograph system built for complex, multi-dimensional analyses. It features a three-channel architecture that supports the concurrent use of up to three distinct injection ports and as many as four detectors, which can include mass spectrometers. The large column oven operates from 4°C to 450°C, with optional cooling capabilities to -100°C. It supports advanced fluidics with options for multiple valves, backflush routines, and pressure control stations. Automation is facilitated through compatible autosamplers supporting dual injection. Operation is managed through the Compass CDS software on a 10-inch touchscreen interface, designed for productivity and compliance in regulated laboratory environments.
