RWF Rapid Heating Chamber Furnace

Description

The Verder Scientific RWF is a chamber furnace engineered for fast heating cycles. It utilizes free-radiating coiled wire heating elements to achieve a rapid thermal response, capable of reaching 1000°C from ambient temperature in approximately 10 minutes. The furnace is available in different models with maximum operating temperatures of 1100°C or 1200°C and varying chamber capacities (5, 13, or 23 liters). It can operate under multiple atmospheric conditions, including oxidizing (air) and inert environments using gases such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or carbon dioxide. Available options for the system include digital over-temperature protection, cascade control, a thermocouple calibration system, an audible alarm, a 100 mm flowmeter, a solenoid valve with manual/automatic switching, and a viewport (glazed or unglazed).
