Description

The ROYAL HFX Probe from JEOL USA is a liquid-state NMR probe optimized for experiments involving hydrogen (1H) and fluorine (19F) nuclei. In its single-tune mode, it delivers performance metrics for sensitivity and pulse widths comparable to standard JEOL ROYAL probes. Its dual-tune capability enables a broad spectrum of advanced NMR techniques, including 1H{19F} and 19F{1H} decoupling experiments, as well as various heteronuclear correlation experiments involving X{1H,19F} nuclei. This functionality is particularly valuable for analyzing complex fluorine-containing compounds in pharmaceutical and polymer research. A distinctive feature is the flexibility of its low-frequency coil, which can be tuned to any nucleus between 31P and 15N, not limited to 13C, while maintaining full experimental capability.
