Description

Glas-Col's laboratory roller is a motorized device for the continuous, end-over-end tumbling of containers. Constructed for heavy-duty use, it can handle a load capacity of up to 100 pounds. The unit is designed to accommodate a variety of container types and sizes. Its configuration supports the simultaneous rolling of either two standard 5-gallon industrial containers, six 1-gallon cans, or eight quart-sized jars or cans. Furthermore, it can process individual bottles with a diameter of 4.25 inches or larger. The roller operates on a dual voltage system of 120/240 V and offers adjustable speed control with a resolution of 1 rpm, allowing for precise tuning of the mixing action. This equipment is suitable for applications requiring gentle, continuous mixing, blending, or coating of contents in industrial or laboratory settings, such as paint mixing, cell culture, or chemical synthesis.
