RMS1000 Raman Microscope
Manufacturer: Edinburgh Instruments Ltd
SKU: RMS1000
Description
The RMS1000 from Edinburgh Instruments is an open-architecture, research-grade confocal Raman microscope designed for high-end applications and adaptability. It supports a wide range of measurement modes including confocal Raman, fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), photoluminescence, temperature-controlled studies, automatic mapping, and polarization-resolved measurements. The system accommodates laser excitation wavelengths from 266 nm to 1064 nm. Detector options include high-sensitivity TE-cooled CCDs (1650 x 200 or 2000 x 256 pixels), an EMCCD for rapid imaging, and an NIR array detector for spectral ranges up to 1700 nm. Its configurable design features a multiple-position confocal pinhole for optimized spatial resolution, a five-position grating turret for high spectral resolution (from <0.1 cm⁻¹), and a choice of spectrographs. The RMS1000 can be configured with up to four simultaneous detectors, extending its capabilities beyond Raman into areas like time-resolved fluorescence microscopy.
