Description

The RHF High Temperature Chamber Furnace from Verder Scientific is a laboratory furnace designed for demanding thermal processing. It utilizes silicon carbide heating elements, which are noted for their durability and ability to handle the thermal stresses of repeated start-up and cool-down cycles. The furnace is available in multiple configurations with maximum operating temperatures of 1400°C, 1500°C, or 1600°C, and internal chamber capacities of 3, 8, 15, or 35 liters. It supports various atmospheric conditions, including oxidizing (air) and inert environments using gases such as nitrogen, argon, forming gas, Varigon, or carbon dioxide. Optional features include viewports (glazed or unglazed), a thermocouple calibration port, silicon carbide protection tiles, a 100mm flowmeter, solenoid valves for gas control, digital over-temperature protection, an audible alarm, and cascade control for precise temperature management.
